Sandeep Kulkarni & Associates is a Pune based, fast growing, Practicing Company Secretaries firm, registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ICSI House, New Delhi 110 003 since 2008.
Our spacious office is situated at Kothrud, Pune. We are equipped with library of various legal reference books, electronic library of cases on corporate laws, training hall and other modern infrastructure and communication facilities.
Presently our firm is empaneled with Punjab National Bank as Insolvency Professional for handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Corporate restructuring matters and providing secretarial services under the Companies Act, 2013 and IBC 2016.
We are a team of 12 persons, consisting of 4 qualified Company Secretaries and semi qualified company secretaries and experienced managers. Sandeep Kulkarni & Associates has network of practicing company secretaries across all the States of India.
We provide value adding and time bound services to all types of small size, medium scale and large companies, business entities and reputed Chartered Accountants firms, Law Firms and other Professionals situated across the Country.
We are mainly engaged in setting up of new businesses which may be in the form of Companies, taking care of routine secretarial compliance, formation of Partnership firms, Limited Liability Partnerships, NGOs etc. We also provide legal consultancy and opinions, drafting of various types of agreements, obtaining registrations and licenses, appearing before Tribunals, Central and State Government office on behalf of our clients.
Sandeep Jayant Kulkarni is the founder and promoter of the firm. He is a B.Com, LLB, CS and Insolvency Professional. He is a dynamic professional, having experience of more than 15 years in the field of corporate laws. He is the Chairman of Pune Chapter of WIRC of ICSI and member of managing committee for the term 2023-2026.
